All digital downloads are non‑refundable. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales of downloadable items are final. If you experience any issues accessing your files, we’re always happy to help.

📦 Physical Products (Non‑Personalized)

Non‑personalized physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• Packaging should be intact

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

✨ Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, we gladly offer exchanges or replacements if:

• The item arrives damaged in transit

• There is a quality issue, such as a typo or engraving error

• The product differs from the approved proof or listing description

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.
